tl;dr most of the pages, just going by the numbers. Someone made a suggestion that if level range is changed. If someone is out of range healing that level 60 or whatever, FLAG THEM so they can die or live depending on the outcome. No more out of range healing maybe midfight buffing? You complete heal a person while they are engaged in PVP whether new limit is 4 levels or 6 or stays the same, YOU CAN NOW BE KILLED. I am sure there can be a certain limit to the flagging so people don't finda way to abuse the system and spam YT on newly made healers.

4 +- level range worked perfectly on Rallos Zek. But I have a sneaking suspicion that it would be far too easy for some people to "box" out of range healers in pvp if the level range were 4, this regarding the staff's recent move to "if we catch you boxing we'll just kick your box offline" punishment that is reserved for "people we can't prove are boxing, but we know they are"
Either way though, they can still oor heal with a 51 healer, which is not much different than a 55.. so to hell with it.. 4+- it is. | ||

You can still have an out of range healer here.
Nothing is changed, dynamic flagging is complex and stupid. The reason no one is doing it, is because it isnt worth it. Why don't more people box lvl 51 clerics in PvP? What would them being 55 instead make so much different? It just cuts down on the lowbie griefing (read: population killing) | ||
