Situation example:

Necro #1 camps out at EE in Lguk. Relogs to kill PH and logs out.

Necro #1 logs in his alt, Necro B, at Frenzy. Kills PHs and logs back to Necro #1.

Rinse repeat ad nauseum

During the time he logged to Frenzy, someone starts clearing to Evil Eye(I know it's not necessary to clear, just invis to it, but using clearing for the sake of the argument). Since he can only claim a camp he has a presence at (Frenzy) he can't suddenly decide he wants Evil Eye, because the party heading to it has more of a claim to it than he does since he was logged out.

yes but they didnt move from royals to say..prince, they logged out at royals and logged in at royals. When they logged in no one had any sort of presence at royals, so they took it.

if youre in lguk and no one else is around you can clear all the mobs you want, but if you leave ee to frenzy and someone take over ee and maintains presence yes its there. if you take out frenzy they do a cc and then claim they are clearing to ee, you invis back to it real fast before he gets there and you have claimed it before him and must maintain that presence or he could take it.

dick move...but legal. afaik
