Hey guys im new to posting on the forums but i read them daily and have played the game for a while now. Some of you may have seen me in NFP, groups, or EC tunnels/GM event recently (I'm the mage pirate with the SMR robe ;P) Anyways i was recently banned for exploiting pathing in EFP on guards ( found out through my own investigating). This is totally false and I was actually waiting for someone I was grouped with to be back from AFK, withing a 3-5 min alt tab for changing music i re tabbed into EQ and found i was disconnected and then banned. Also through the whole time before the AFk we killed probably 2 guards that spawned together so we hadn't even killed repops or anything, we were failing pretty hard at it :P.

This was two weeks ago and i am yet to hear anything from anyone on how long I am banned or suspended for. i have multiple views on my petition that are not caused from myself and I am still wondering why I havent heard anything. I do NOT mean to come off as angered at the devs and gms. I completely understand that there are many other players with problems and the devs themselves having much bigger problems than this, but it has been two weeks now and i was told that my petition would be looked at last weekend. I have thanked them for everything they have done and have appreciated it all up until this unexplainable event. i have been patient and have refrained from using RAF but it is really my only choice left. IRC, messages on forums, and in game messages to GMs have all failed. So hopefully i can grab anyones attention who can help me with this so i can get an explanation and/or time how long i am banned for a false accusation ( or hopefully an unbanning allowing me to play again and enjoy the game)

PS. The person i was grouped with was unbanned the day of the incident and i am leaving it up to them to post on this thread to say something because i do not want to name names, or have them brought into my problem. Again thanks to everyone who has tried helping through this whole ordeal.
