Some of the member base from TMO now looks like people from Fennin that may have been part of the group that woke Sleeper but from what I can see some of TMO leadership were some of the people burned by the guild that did wake sleeper on Fennin Ro so hopefully they remember that feeling after it happened the first time and will prevent TMO from doing it anyway.

TMO has no plans to wake the Sleeper. The malicious waking of him would likely cause a massive internal schism within the guild.
