Shit like this needs a clear ruling so other people besides TMO can cheat and get away without punishment.

Just like when aiaus nd desmo got caught exploiting ip exemptions and then were let off the hook in 3 days because they claimed the rules regarding exemptions were "murky at best" when in fact they are certainly very clear. If you don't ban TMO's big players for exploit how can you ban anyone else and not expect people to think p99 is rigged.

Pls give us a clear set of rulings on stuff like this so TMO can't jeep getting away with skirting rules.
