Or you can do what logical people can do and just google 'Jewish mercenaries ancient Egypt pyramids' and pick one of the 15,000 sources that pop up in the results. If you don't want to it's not my problem.

The same goes for Mother Teresa, just look up 'Mother Teresa suffering'. Again over 10,000 relevant results, most of them linking to reports from the very women who worked under her.
