IF he had looted it with out any go ahead from the person who killed it, thats ninja looting and bannable offense. No matter how long a corpse sits you cannot loot with out the killers permission.

So he would have gotten banned/suspended/disciplined and likely you had gotten the cloak back. Dont worry about corpse clickers, karma will get those that deserve to be gotten.

Theres a difference between ninja looting a group youre in and ninja looting a corpse you had no help in killing. Group ninja looting is just bad PR, looting a corpse you didnt kill w/o permission is against server rules.
