Bought internet to play Diablo 1 [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Discovered Everquest from my pal Last who had borrowed an account from another pal "Bonuzz" who played on Vallon Zek [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Somewhere around 2001 i quit Everquest due to Luclin/Pop when sony took over, everything seemed to take a turn for the worse in all aspects. Started playing Diablo 2 [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] For a year or two just played random shit, then rumors of WOW started. Being an avid fan of the "mmorpg" genre" since everquest was so god damn good i was really excited to see blizzard make one of these games. I leaked Alpha footage of wow in early 2004 and was sued by blizzard, but brought the files down so they didn't press charges any further. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] I played wow for about 5 months, at first it was the best shit i've ever played. But quickly it took a turn for the worse, pvp seemed useless, no drama talk (couldn't speak to your enemy) no penalty for pvp death etc made me eventually hate the game. Played random shit for a year, then Vanguard appeared on the horizon, has hyped about this one as it was the old everquest team behind it (brad mquaid among others). Once more it turned out to be a piece of shit, and was hackable from day one. Played this one for a couple of months. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Mad about how shitty all new mmorpgs seemed to be i looked for "Classic Everquest" and discovered "Everquest Vallon / Tallon Zek Emulated PVP". Started playing there, played there from 2007 to 2011 and then came here to plague these forums when they shut their stuff down. I played many other games in between but these were the ones i was either excited about or played for a long while. In b4 TL;DR, shits classic
