Pullups have nearly nothing to do with bicep activation other than elbow stabilisation. Weight bear is quiet low, excepting in a directl closed underhand grip (pinkie to pinkie).
The majority of a pullup is your delts/lats firing and making some big momentum. An extended arm 'dead' pullup with an underhand closed grip is impossible for most cunts to do, and fit people to do more than 2-3 (where the bicep is used). Most bicep training exists purely for internet pictures, filling t shirts, and to prevent the bicep from tearing in the case of mixed grip deadlift. Gonna go out on a limb and say thats not natural muscle build. Some dickhead's been on the roids hitting the preacher hard. | ||
