Had to spend an extra day working specifically on the dragons. There are so many different types that can ae cold/fire/dispell, gate, ch, see invis or gflux.

The 10 hour respawn is real time, so you can't farm multiple talismans/bracers in a single night. Also, the captain isn't as hard as he sounds, he doesn't cast or heal or have an AE, so it's just a matter of having enough tanking/healing power to stay alive long enough to do the 80k damage to him. You could probably do him quite easily with two groups of level 55ish on average. If you don't have a warrior with defensive (level 55+), you might have trouble, but just bring a third cleric or something, and you'll do fine.

Captain is level constant 57 or 58 (blue to 60), and he is definitely 100% MR. Has a lot of HP (100k+) and he is unslowable

However,

Captain is slowable, our ranger's epic sword procced and slowed him.

3. Go to Western Wastes, find Scout Charisa, look at her closely. (She is a human female on +COV faction) If she is holding a bag, she will NOT take your Scout Tools.

4. If she takes your Scout Tools, she will now appear with a bag in her hands and will not accept another set of scout tools for 20 RL hours.

The only problem we had at all was this (and boy, did this stink) Scout Charisa sees through invis at a roughly 100% chance. (I think this was done to prevent any possible faction exploits? I seem to recall a rogue telling me he couldn't sneak/hide this quest.)

Anyways, the Scout spawns RIGHT on top of the tunnel as you enter WW. If you have -COV people, they will can get aggroed in the tunnel and then you will be royally screwed, as Charisa will camp the zone and seems to have NO ability to reset properly. I sat there and stared at her for 10 minutes, she didn't move. Finally we had to get a shaman to train her away so the rest of my friends (who are -COV) could zone in.
