If you're going to commit to raiding i'd suggest FE. If u dont plan on hardcore raiding id recommend Divinity or any other casual raiding guild. TMO on live was nothing but a bunch MQers i wouldnt be surprised if 3/4 of em still are.
People were bad mouthing BDA in this post from what ive seen in my experiences in game BDA are actually alot smarter than most people think they are. I think if they had more loyal members they would become a even bigger force to be reckoned with. I myself am guildless and I don't really plan on joining a guild until i have built up enough characters to fill in any slot needed for the raid. On that note i dont plan on joining either TMO or FE because I just dont have enough time in my life to spend dicking with playing tiddleywinks with guild vs guild drama bullshit
