Its pretty rough out there, lots of my buddys with no education basically tell me the same thing, "people want experience, where the fuck do you get experience for (insert job here) if they all require experience to start)

Sad part about it is I hear a lot of.. ( A LOT ) all over who don't even use there diplomas and whatnot due to no jobs?

So what do you do?

Most level 1 Clearence checks take almost 10 months to go through since mine has been completed from my previous position I'm going to try and leverage that over other candidates that would have to be sponsored for almost a year before they get one.
