Me and some friends experimented with this before. We concluded that you can tell a bit of a difference if you're drinking it straight. Thing is, everyone mixes vodka, and even with really strong drinks, there's like no discernible difference between "good" vodka and "bad" vodka.

I mean, it wasn't exactly a peer reviewed scientific study, but I stand by our findings, lol.

360 vodka is hella smooth and reasonably priced if you can find it. I prefer most any kind of irish whiskey now a days tho.
