I happened to be watching the population on the main project1999.org page and saw the pop +3 for each global ooc from Rogean, and that +10 due to a TROLL yellow text. After which, the pop quickly sank back down by about 20, closer to its original value.

If we're going to complete the emulation of a grindier vztz with custom mage bolts through walls and half cast time wizard pillar spells, YT will be necessary.
