Let's review this for a minute here:
You get banned, presumably for doing something you shouldn't have.
You try to get a response from GMs _and_ devs (which wouldn't handle your case anyways as Mixxit mentioned) and generally annoy bomb the fuck out of them.
You post some idiotic drivel and bullshit, flaming a GM and a guild in the general section of the forums (ps.: you aren't supposed to even do that to a GM even in RnF)
You reply to your own post expecting and admitting you will get "some kind of action" for posting an outrageous thread.

I logged into the Project 99 Test Server to see:

Question: How did you log into the test server? It is locked all the time and requires a certain account status to log in.

3 things: 1) Unless you'd given Cyrius your account info, we have no access to the account server. So, we can't get your account info. 2) While we can manipulate characters, access is restricted on that to pretty much Nilbog, Rogean & myself (and since I've never tried to do it I don't even know if I have it). Doin so gets you a god-o-gram from Nilbog if you've forgotten to update your devlog as well. 3) Test server does not keep up to date character back ups. It was updated within the past 2 months, but before that it was like December.

When you're not looking at live, you have no idea what you are looking at.

Also, who gives a shit what happens to the characters on the test server? They could wipe em all, or delevel everyone to 1st level, or whatever... Who cares, it's test, it's the Developer/GM playground. Just because sometimes they populate it with a copy of the live database doesn't mean the toons there are 'your characters'. They aren't!

Why would a GM need another players char to buff people?

I mean i would think GMs have some pretty awesome buffs of their own

A GM can't buff a whole raid, that's blatant favoritism. Instead he STOLE a lvl 49 enc to buff his IB raid because, obviously, IB has no enc or no enc with the ability to buff.

So he STOLE the character, buffed his raid, deleveled it for shits and giggles and dropped it in najena!
