I don't think anyone had as much VP gear as TMO does going into Velious.

Pick your targets (hint: go dragon faction) on release people, this shit is going to get wrecked handily.

There were still several unsolved epics going into Velious, new items being discovered (or disclosed) in VP, and not nearly as many level 60s in BIS resist gear.

Wait till all the people come back expecting loot that haven't played in months or a year, with a full sense of entitlement upon Velious release because they "helped you build the guild or were around when there was real competition".
