The only rule we have for the TMO Vent is that all buff and port requests must be spoken in raid channel when you're asking Portsche for them.

And don't forget all Price Checks go in vent, and if you need any of the 7 shaman talismans, just ask "Talisman please" in vent and you'll get all of them from one of the shams.
