Yes the bindings are across all. Careful, I had send heading on a hotkey on one character, with ranged attack on that hotkey on another. I accidentally attacked an NPC twice before i figured out that my sense heading key was causing me to attack =(

Just stick Sense Heading at position 0 on Hotbar 4, so it doesn't get messed up with anything.

I'm doing this from memory, but I think hotbars are:

EQ button->Actions->Hotbar #

Pretty sure the whole goal of this server was to make it as classic as possible.. unless I seriously misread the front page a million times. Personally, I like it =) if it's too hard go play WoW, I hear they have pandas and pie.
