sorry im a newb when it comes to raid mobs. ive seen 19 people barely survive spiroc lord so im just trying to figure out why you guys can do it with 7. ive never seen charms used so maybe thats the biggest diff.

maybe it was 14 i dont remember honestly but it was more than 2 groups for sure.

As Loraen said, we could probably do it with 5. NPCs are a lot stronger relative to live. Non-humanoids can DW here which is being fixed. It's a large part of why charm is so strong as well.

I don't really think so. Our only casualties were DTs and Azz when his disc went down.

And yes charm is the difference, 350 dps is like 5 extra monks, plus they enraged tanked the last bit.

well im impressed either way, really interested on how few you can take to some of the more accessible raid mobs. naggy/vox, hate/fear.

We didn't make it to sky last night for reasons that are plastered all over RNF, but we did manage to kill our nemesis encounter, the Chardok royals! Sadly a warrior epic blade rotted, but we did pick up some incarnadine plate.

Sky back on but we had a bad turn. There were 3-5 extra Spirocs popped including two guardians which made for some impressive trains!

The A-Team took out Maestro today!! We had a rather rough time between our inexperience getting places quickly in hate, several annoying lag spikes, and a stupid running thought destroyer that aggroed about 10 mobs.

Aside from a few monk casualties, our first pull went great! You can see my pet mezzed while I quivered in fear of the lag monster, and me preparing to use every clicky in the book (I did end up burning a strings charge because . . . I can).

The fight itself wasn't too bad despite his quadding on our iksar tank. We were all pretty happy just to get a shot at him, mostly because both TMO and Divinity gave us free run of the zone and I guess every other guild assumed that one of them had taken him out. So, a big thanks guys. Sadly Sakuragi did not pick up a hand, but aside from the lag (may the asshole behind that spend an eternity in the company of Beelzebub and all his fiendish instruments of torture) we had a great time!
