How about just regulate the bullshit that goes on now instead of rebooting and dealing with it all over again without our gear/characters we've already built up.

I would be ok for something like this down the road. If Velious is for sure the last expansion that is going to be added after so long it is going to get boring. The idea of starting over isn't a bad one. Leave this one up of course, but starting a new one would be cool

Another classic blue server is a great idea.. It would at least separate some of the people who cause problems.
