The thing is everyone wants to be competitive without acknowledging the server's staff and all of their hard work. I'm all for killing raid targets and by golly I want to kill all of them, but yowza.... I think as dumb little kids we were more civil about it than this.

Pretty sure we can all agree we don't want GMs to have to babysit.
I mean sure they could simply just have it so that when a GM is on and if they so choose they could spawn an encounter and babysit it but I am fairly certain 1) The GMs dont want to do that, it's more work 2) There'd be fewer raid bosses available from the former, and at less random times 3) It's the exact opposite of the hands off policy they wish they could have.
