Im a police officer and the only time we ever use force is against idiots. People who threaten us, people who pull guns/gives/etc. The public is full of crazy people and the 1% of the time that we act in Physical way it's gets all over the news. The 1% of the time when we use physical force it needs to be done because someone as opposed a threat on us.
