They get chubby over YT because it doesn't show the context of their pvp kills. When you kill someone 6 on 1 yellow text doesn't say that you zerged them, when you kill someone naked YT doesn't say they were on a CR, and when you make someone gate at 10% hp YT doesn't say that they ran away from a fight. It also doesn't say when people die to mobs, so most FF members will just suicide on mobs to avoid the embarrassment of YT. Really if YT is implemented it will just become an informal leaderboard that bad players can use to seem better at pvp than they actually are.

an exp boost is needed as well. Vile you and I both know that YT is a great component to a PVP server, it shows PVP is happening...broadcasted globally, nothing is better than seeing who is slaying who in the world of norrath...it just ups the fun, period.

Protip, majority of people left playing red are bluebies who do not want this. The red99 GMs will never put it in.

I dont care about yellow text but I dont see how it could hurt.

I guess it would sparkle OOC? Will be funny to see it pop up everytime mellowyellow dies.

YT should be only lvl 30+ though, so no one spams it with bullshit.
