My quitting post

dunno how else I can possibly say it. I would quit if I was in nihilum as well. I've done this content back when it was actually current, 37 years ago. There's no challenge in EQ PVE. The fun for me here was the prospect of PVP on a raid scale. That doesn't exist. It won't ever exist on this server. Count me out on sitting in plane of hate for 19 hours a day to farm meaningless pixels that don't matter because PVE is a joke and everything is basically charm petted down. kunark also a joke. game doesn't even get remotely hard till velious and that will never happen on this server and even if it did it wouldn't matter because of the sheer number of people you need to beat the top content.

1. says the person who failed naggy till 3am in the morning with 35 holo/FF zerglings helping

2. naw, you just level 3+ toons to 50 and farm lguk all day everyday instead

and #3. how many raid targets did your guild kill again? oh yeah, zero "but the game is not even remotely hard"


Oh well, maybe its too hard for you on a red server with pvp in the mix. Try EZ server or the hiddenforrest server. You have obviously been denied and Griefed off this server..in a hardcore way.

Says the guy who failed on naggy multiple times with over 30+ players while we killed him with 2 groups (thats 12 people).

Of course people got griefed. Holo corpse camped, bind camped and trained their potential applicant pool. They griefed people who could have been their recruits, which led to them joining rival guilds. Holo griefed themselves off the box.

11 players in range of eachother isn't even good for one zone much less an entire server.

Optimism is great, but you're better off taking the blinders off and pushing for change. Push everyone into the same level range for pvp and then we might have something.

sure but what are you comparing it to? vztz? that server never had a pop this high and 2boxing was allowed

sure the server has its shortcomings, but by far its the most populated pvp eqemu server ever

my personal opinion is peoples expectations were skewed and i have no idea why because the only thing they ever had to compare was vztz and popwise, since launch red99 has crushed vztz the only real crowd that complains is the vztz holocaust people just because they are the loudest doesn't mean that they are the majority opinion

there are shit tons of people who hit 50 here and quit, for a variety of reasons on a vztz box odds are at one point or another the server would have been wiped and xp scaled or not they would need to relevel another char to 50 on here its not the case, people can and will come back and have characters to play and the population will spike and dip accordingly
