My suggestion if you are in a smaller guild come up with a game plan. Most guilds on this server are capable of downing Sev on their own, and may not want to share the glory =)

actually cool TMO is doing this - now more casual players have the chance of partaking in fun raid kills every week. Let's face it - if you're willing to log on at a moment's notice 24 hours a day then you truly deserve the pixel rewards - impossible to compete with that kind of devotion. Leaving one target for people who don't do that is a good gesture. Yeah they're kind of dicks presenting the context as "We're so generous to give up one target -- you should all be grateful for our humbleness" and yeah we all see through it but get over it. A target is left up in the end and they get their jollies off feeling like they're giving back or some crap like that. It's a win win.
