You already have the starting lists... just create a basic spreadsheet to go with it and add the names in the subsequent posts... should only take like 2 hours?

I have added you, but you could have added yourself if you simply made an account. At the top right corner of any page is the "login/create account" link. Select that, then at the top of the login box on the next page, select create account and follow that process.
