We're talking about Blizzard, a company that has cancelled multiple titles (Starcraft: Ghost for the naysayers) in the past because it wasn't up to their standards. Hundreds of thousands of dollars spent on development only to be completely scrapped. A company that clears $1b annually, easy. They've got cash to burn and have no reason to release a shitty product.

Just thought you would like to know. Blizzards is now Activision-Blizzard. So your opinion and the past presidents that Blizzard demonstrated are no longer valid in anyway. Activision is the boss now.

But yes, I agree they were purchased by Activision. I cannot speak to how that has/is/will alter the original company but I'm pretty sure the people at Blizzard are smart. Smart enough to strike a deal with Activision to keep their retarded publishing hands out of the game development side of things.

Just a thought, anyway. Since I don't work there or have any contacts that want to share, I have no way of knowing.

well to each his own. I never understood the value of RMT in non-mmo games. Definitely never spend my time trying to camp/sell something from D2. I enjoyed it as a solo/lan game with a friend or two, but nothing more.
D3 looks awesome game-play wise, but all the crap i have to go through to play it offends me. (really looking forward to play Wizard and Monk [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] )

I was pretty excited about the release date because I will be home for mid tour leave around that time, but then I found P1999, and ever since, I've pretty much been bouncing off the walls with excitement. Reading all the guides in the wiki, brings back all the old memories, D3 is gonna have to wait. I cant wait to get back into Norrath!
