You offered no video evidence. We have. You screenshots have, at best, washed with ours and our statements. The GM's have recanted the initial position, which was not a charge but a statement plus an invitation to discuss the ad hoc ruling.

I mean, holy shit. Stop arguing over something that's probably still done on Live today. This is a common side effect of the EQ engine's z axis processing being horrible. Mobs go "through" walls/hills/steps/whatever on an almost constant basis.
