As others have said, petition with an alt should get you fixed up since it wasn't (completely) your fault.
Once upon a time, our wizzy had Gate memmed instead of Evac when our group was getting overrun somewhere high up in ToFS. He accidentally gated while the rest of us died. as it has been said, log an alt and petition, include the name of your deathlooped toon and the zone he is in. then stay logged in on that alt which you petitioned from. if you go afk, might want to throw up an afk message for any gm/guide who tries to help you, so if they need to talk to you, they'll know you aren't ignoring them and might know when you'll be back. good luck
