I think if many of us had done that amount of time as a GM we'd have the right to take the direct approach. This isn't Verant, Sony or Blizzard... what if the you had a GM here with the OP's attitude? It happens on some WoW private servers, surprise surprise.

Perhaps renaming the druggie guild and members of it would not be unreasonable?
