I don't mean to be rude, and I greatly appreciate the work that the mods do, but the above quoted seems to be true based on this thread.

My question is the following;
When CAN we break the rules and when can't we?

I think the administrators and mods are doing an excellent job, but I would like some clarification as to when these things apply to someone or not... if possible.

You don't need to know when you CAN break the rules and when you can't. It's simple, really. Just assume that all rules apply to everyone all of the time.

the simple fact of the matter is that you can NEVER break the rules but the naming policy is flexible occasionally and it's based on guides discretion.

and it's not like we see a name and go "Oh hell yeah break the rules there Stickyicky budisgood" Normally it's more like *nerf surname* *shake head in disgust and annoyance about not being able to change this level 30's name*

And the first person who tries to rule lawyer me with "But the naming policy is flexible...I just thought the camp rules were flexible too" is getting deathtouched with no rez.
