I think people just like complaining to GMs and be lawyers at LOL because they feel GMs aren't being fair overall so they cling to minor issues they can make a case for to try and strong-arm the GMs into doing anything.

Anyway I think the logical thing here is to change the rules to match the reality. It's silly to go around banning people for basically cool names like Botnet or Getsome or Sabbath. It's equally silly to allow names like Kingofthebitches or other immature nonsense. Obviously the line between them will be a little fuzzy.

P.S. Charm: AFAIK Amelinda and Ambrotos don't get paid. They fix your shit for free. Obviously they make mistakes from time to time. But why everyone on P1999 feels the need to just rage at other people over the internet is beyond me, especially the guides who are putting their time in gratis so we can play for free. Every post by Ambrotos here is him being mildly irritated at you and rather than just banning your retarded ass he's laughing about it.
