Global ooc - what's the hold up?

We need global OOC... im tired of soloing and never being able to find any groups because everyone is /anon. Even /whoing people your level wont work. Im about to give up tbh if I cant find some partnership soon. This would be a simple fix and you could opt out of it I dont understand why it isnt implemented yet.

vztz had no anon, and ooc. and there was NEVER an issue about where people were. it only created pvp, WHICH IS GOOD OMG

Except when Rex would be sitting in a zone trying to look tough spamming ooc then log off the instant that he saw pvpers in the zone next to him. Then log on a level one alt and wait for them to leave. That's what pvp is really about, idling on a level 1 until the bad men go away.

Lol whatever. I saw more pvp in one day with anon off/ooc than I've seen since this server opened on all my characters combined. The small amount of pussies that start logging the second someone zones in are far outnumbered by the ballsy ones/people not watching who carefully. Yellow text, ooc on, and the ability to who people would skyrocket the actual pvp occuring on this server to absurd levels.
