RMT works both ways. Considering I am still playing, why would I RMT all of my 45 mages gear?

RMT's are actually good for the server health. They allow people who value their time more than their money to play on this server by getting rid of the barriers to entry (boring grinding). There's no real reason to actively look for people engaging in RMT's unless you want the server population to continue to decline.

I think it's a legal issue concerning money-making from EQ emulator.
