yes. bard songs now count towards the 15 effect limit and a bard twisting 4 songs would drop you to 11 maximum buffs/effects on raids EXACTLY. And that's classic. It's how it was at least until Velious...maybe even Luclin.

Im a biologist too btw, but it means there is a 100 % exp bonus for lvl 1 that scales down for each level by 2 % (except from lvl 1 to lvl 2 where it drops from 100 to 96%), should lvl 1 bonus follow the formular it would be only 98 % :-)
