Hate to agree with the thread but the server is at a low point - and the only way to turn it around is for the staff to get on board with fixing the issues and get rid of the people set to drive any person they can away.

As much grief as Cast has created I am kind of suprised he hasn't been perma-banned as well, it makes me wonder how many times you let someone exploiting come back a week later with no other consequences. As all they are doing is breaking the rules, Cast is making you guys look, well, just bad.

Step up the punishment, I don't think Cast should be banned for this as I see it as a cry for help from a red player who is watching his server decline due to neglect.
