Awesome, thanks for the information. I will try this tonight.

I got Poweroftwo installed last night. I just downloaded it from the dev's main site. I did have dig a couple of directories down to get to the real directory that I needed to paste into the uifiles directory.

I've heard this server mentioned a few times. I know it goes up to PoP and is an actual SOE server. Can anyone who's played on it recently give me some info? Is it full of 6-boxers like PEQ or just the occasional Sham/Monk duo-box? How is the community? Thanks~

Community is not very friendly to outsiders as it used too

unfortunately, a former guild from p99 went over there and woke the sleeper using boxing/hacks forcing the once open community to reject newer players.

There's also mention of it shutting down at some point when EQ Next is released (whenever that is)... do people reckon a shutdown will actually happen?

i wouldnt be surprised but there is no official word on that. i asked in the global chat and they said people say its going to be shut down all the time. alot of them dont believe itll ever be shut down. at least not until all eq1 live servers are shut down. either way doesnt matter, most of us gonna be on that eqnext bandwagon.
