For melees who are getting 41% haste in other slots, SBC is much better than hiero cloak. You lose 5 hp to gain 5str/dex. This can free up other slots to stack more hp instead of str/dex. Any melee with 41% haste and looking to max their toon will need a SBC. Along with the rarity, I'd imagine 250k is a steal.

This man knows what he is talking about. It makes CoF a resist item. Maybe not 250k but around 200k for sure. Don't listen to clerics or casters who have no clue what they are talking about. Its BiS for melee who have their 41% haste belts and such.

actually i'd rather have the 5 hp from a heiro.. any melees that have 26-41% haste Should already have decent enough gear to have their str/dex maxed++ buffed without really trying, but hell, ill offer a fungi for the cloak if ya cant sell it

my str and dex are maxed, i dont care about agility. this is how i have 4200hp buffed with 255str as a monk. i'm not proccing anything to want dex, but i can still max it easily from Decent gear
