I have been thinking about this a lot over the past few days. The behavior of some people in this game has become absolutely atrocious. Since some of you are too unable to read through the lines i'm going to spell something out for you:

When i say "You won't be very happy" or "You will be quite sad with life" I'm not saying "I will be mad with you" what the fuck kind of threat is that anyway? Does that even work with anyone who isn't 2 years old?

Rogean doesn't like me to make threats so I normally refrain from that but here is your threat....If you people don't grow up and stop acting like gigantic selfish children I am going to start cracking down and handing out fancy suspensions when rules are broken instead of giving second chances.

Another thing...and possibly the largest thing driving this....

I'm sick and tired of the disrespect I have grown to take. It has escalated since the day the epics came out. I am absolutely -DONE- taking verbal abuse. I am -DONE- being talked to the way that some of you think you can talk to me. I am nice. I am friendly. I'll even chat with you and be pals. But I will STILL suspend you if you can't act right. If you want to send me abusive, accusatory tells, that's fine. I don't have time or energy to waste on that bullshit anymore. Expect to have a forced break from the game.

I got up from the dinner table with my children last night just because I saw a tell on my screen telling me someone's camp was trained so I could try to catch the trainers. Don't worry. It wont' happen again. Amelinda is useless, afterall. I HAVE GOTTEN OUT OF BED because i got a message on FB at 1:30am telling me that guilds were training each other. Don't worry. THAT won't happen again either...I turned facebook mobile off.

I'm done watching you all treat each other like shit and turn around and demand from me and treat me like shit.

Server management so far up themselves they don't have the pride to recruit an Australian, euro and 2 more American guides. Instead they would rather burn you out amelinda.

It's not the players. Releasing vp an epics on schedule would of been fine as the progressed people would do them and achievements would happen in tier. The giant pace car exercise that was rogeans failed vp and epic delay punishment means 250 people are all after one thing after having 6+ months of stagnation.
That means the environment spawned the behavior you see, and a lack of staff support means you're copping it from all angles all time of day and night amelinda.

So with that in mind, knowing that 10 years of tier based progression in guilds on servers with low numbers was halted as a direct punishment for behavior bred from not releasing content....( LOL )... Perhaps it's time you demanded some assistance from your own team, not assistance from the players you moderate.

In short you're dealing with a problem your team created, your team created the ego's and attitudes, the 250 man photo finish, and now the 250 man epic charge. And now your team won't help? I've offered to be a guide. Non US hours. Rejected as I was TR. someone who understands the raid scene and every zone end encounter in the game, simple prejudice based on the tag.

Thanks for rezzing us after the solid hour of trains from tortue/bigburnas. I do expect to see him online tomorrow with no suspension though as there is no prejudice to that tag

I you were not rejected because of your tag, it was because you're a raging retard that believes the server staff is prejudice based on guild tags.

If you didn't have that reputation, you probably would stand a chance to make a trial apprentice guide until 2 days later when you raged all over random people with "certain guild tags that have been shown favoritism by guides/staff".

Stop trying to deny players the right to be responsible for their own actions. All players need to be accountable for their own actions and saying that the fault lies with Rogean or Nilbog is ridiculous.

I'm not demanding assistance from the players. I'm demanding that you people straighten the fuck up and fly right and stop acting like a bunch of gigantic children. Stop treating each other like shit. Stop treating ME like shit and sending me hate tells.

Like it or not....each of you are all responsible and accountable for your own behavior and comments. It's not rogean's fault that a player raged on me on Christmas. It's not Nilbog's fault that people decide to train other guilds and then rage on me when I catch them.

I absolutely respect your position and completely agree with your stance you are taking here. No one should be verbally abused.
I myself dont always agree with the staff but I respect their decision and try to stick within the rules of the server when it comes to reporting and escalating issues. That said, you got a tough damn job. Any abuse towards you because some dick doesnt like the position you take on an issue should be suspended.

I would love to see you show up in front of someone that did this to you and just have you Death Touch them and gate out. That would be the ultimate fraps video =-)
