I already know your trite argument about nationality, but I was raised with stories of part of my family being pursued as criminals out of Ireland for putting arsenic in the water supply of an English garrison for Quartering on their land while trying to kill their relatives.
My forum icon is a mural in Free Derry of a child in a gas mask throwing a tear gas canister back at limey troops. On the other side, I have many family members who are termed "Los Patricios" in Mexico, because there was a large portion of Irish who refused conscription and defected to Mexico after they saw that they were being asked by the US Govt. to do the same things to Indians and Mexicans that drove them to America in the first place. My mother was hospitalized in 1969 after she was beaten by a riot cop with a billy club for protesting the transport of Agent Orange through Oakland and San Francisco to be shipped off to Vietnam. My pops owns several dozen firearms, and would just love to have someone come on his property.. ..he got that way after being drafted to fight in the Vietnam war, and getting stationed on a guard tower of an actively raided base where he mowed down more people with a .50 cal MG than he can remember. I think I have a bit of background in having a fuck shit up family bro, I think that is why we see eye to eye, even if you're not willing to admit it.
