Your gut is probably the absolute most difficult thing to get rid of for most people. You can do 100+ crunches a day with an hour of cardio and still have a gut. It's just not in some people's body type.

Well i've weighed 10stone (140lbs) for as long as i can remember. I wish i had a gut... you can rest things on it... that looks useful!

About 90% of weight loss (or gain) is diet. It's good to exercise, but also remember that spot reduction of fat is a myth.

True, but don't you love how people try and sell you stuff and at the same time say you don't have to put in ANY effort to do it? Like stuff that makes you thin and you can eat what you want and not exercise more!

Body fat works on a LIFO (last in, first out - can I get an amen from teh business students?) system. The most recent adipose tissue to be created/enlarged are the first tissues to be drawn from when burning body fat.
