Check my general math, but at level 34 Harvest would seem to give you a ~14% mana bonus every 10 minutes versus just meditate? Didn't do the numbers for level 50.

Harvest: 171 mana / 10 minutes
Med@lvl34: ~1200 mana / 10 minutes
