While I don't advocate defending Fallen's stupidity, you've gotta realize you're defending Darwoth, who has shown his fair share of internet stupidity.

Granted, the rules are in place regardless of if you're fucking AFK or not, until there's a screenshot of Darworth (or whomever), intentional training and a ensaring a mob multiple times on top of some AFK person's bind point – it's kind of hard to go anywhere with this. I'm sure the GMs can check on it.

As we said back in the day, "No ss no proof."

Why does there have to be an SS? Isn't there a logging system in place that could instantly tell if Darwoth ensnared Dwigus multiple times as it was agro'd on Fallen?

This is a PvP server. Stop relying on the GMs to hold your hand and come rescue you when anything goes wrong. They implemented a system for settling disputes with other players. Time for you to man up. They also have said numerous times that if you want to report someoen for training a GM needs to be present or you need to have sufficient evidence of it.

Do you really want the staff to have to go through the logs on every single petition looking for evidence? Does the staff even want to go through the logs on every single petition of "soandso trained me"? I don't think they have the time or desire for that. If we're going to set a precedent for that I'm sure half the server has a laundry list of occurrences they could send in. I know I do, but honestly I don't really give a fuck if someone tries to train me. I just kill them. I don't go afk while bound in stupid places or have my guild whine to GMs over my own stupidity.

If the offense is so terrible that it warrants you running to mommy and daddy GM then you should at least be capable of taking evidence with you. If you have no evidence then stop crying.

So this mob bind-camped the guy for the duration of two or three full ensnares, people showed up to watch and take screenshots, but nobody actually saw Darwoth do anything. Nobody saw him zone into Unrest several times (which he must have done initially and once for each re-snare), nobody saw him do the snaring despite a crowd watching Fallen delevel, and nobody has any evidence at all. I have no clue who Darwoth is, but I know a jury would need some actual proof instead of a conspicuous absence of proof!

I love how my app to Holocaust never gets responded to and yet you have this guy Rob write up a retarded thread and sound like a newb. Looks like I lucked out there.
