There is no way any rational person can defend this. The only reason they even chose the name is to create controversy and 'rage' people by reminding them of how their grandparents were tortured to death.

If you're ok with this GMs then just say 'racism and genocide related names are A-OK!'

Now imagine you weren't a 16 year old in the suburbs telling ****** jokes and that picture/guild name involved your family and you might begin to understand why it is not an appropriate name for a guild in a moderated video game about dragons and elves.
