Default pet xp nerf

Did they ever implement this on p99 and if so will it be on this server as well? I'm talking about the nerf where you need to do over 50% damage or the pet takes 75% of the xp, they were talking about it some months back but it's easier to post and ask than look through page after page of threads or patch notes

it'll be pretty crucial for enchanters since it basically makes them unable to level solo, plus i guess it makes it less easymode for mages as well.
