B. This isnt a public temper tantrum, I have the right to make it public that i was banned over an assumption, after dedicating a year to this server all my hard work shot down the drain.
C. from what i hear There isnt an "unban" button regardless of how much proof you have. considering the last boxing thread i saw was from over a year ago and he's still banned.

I personally know 3 people who were banned for boxing due to a combination of language issues and bad luck. They went through the proper channels, supplied proof, and had their bans overturned.

The fact that you 'saw' the thread shows that that person went through the wrong channels and probably couldn't prove they weren't boxing.

Everyone is praising the petition forum...
People must realize that these are often ignored.

An example from my side...I traded some items over to my brothers lowbie alt, during the trade he crashed and a valuable item (in our opinion) vanished.

His post in the petition forum yielded one reply but it was never resolved. Making it public could sometimes help in getting noticed, otherwise it can easily be ignored and forgotten.

Anyway, just my 2 cp
