I thought a mob that can summon will summon the owner of a pet if the pet is tanking or do giants not summon, im getting rusty pals

I thought in classic you could bind any one anywhere, even out of group, hence all the QQ about pkers that would bind the people they were about to kill and chain bind camp them?

Never played a caster in classic though so don't kill me

No idea, but even if it is classic, allowing people to bind in dungeons + planes on a PvP server is lolretarded for numerous reasons.

Why? You can't bind rush nearly as easily when you respawn at zero mana. There's absolutely no problem with enabling binding in dungeons and so far there haven't been any issues on the red99 beta because of it.
