I've kind of been having the urge to bake a chicken. Although I totally admit, I have the "omg raw chicken is slimy yuck" girly thing going on. I hate touching raw chicken breasts, let alone having to dig out a bunch of insides from one.

Baked chicken is soooo goooood though.

I like cutting out all the gross bits on chicken.

Sear it first, by the way. Om nom.

with a paste made from olive oil, coriander, cumin, and cinnamon smeared on the outside before you sear.

Not stuff I made (i'm a bit more focused than this), but brings back some tasty memories...Amazing cruise food. I loved that they gave us scored crab claws and weren't afraid of some idiot cutting themselves...

Grilled swordfist bottom right - yeah that's a fried chicken finger amidst the lo mein, chickpeas at the top right.

I actually ate like 2x that many shrimp...
