Its the same as what Mardur said. You're assuming that you're slowing to agility loss but the thing that's lowering agility has a movement speed side effect. If agility directly affected movement, wouldn't enchanter suffocate spells slow due to str and agi loss

|
Having an AGI buffer 20+ points above 75 also ensures that you don't lose a ton of AC when you dip below 30% hp.
once again, this can be accomplished with gear, but it's probably not a waste to spend a few points at the character creation screen if your race has low AGI. | ||

Can we agree that the first decrease in run speed due to encumbrance happens once agility has been reduce below 75?
