If Kercher's throat was slit Knox and her boyfriend would have been covered in blood from her jugular. There was no foot prints or clothes that were dumped. But that is just my philosophy.

It was a retarded case. There was no actionable evidence that Knox was responsible, or even there that night. She wouldn't have even been arrested in the US, let alone charged and/or convicted.
